JS: Getting values from a form

Started from Duckett JS p. 575, simplified from Resiq, p. 343. The CSS is from Duckett, the JS is from Resiq.

Note that the submit event is triggered either by a CLICK on the button, or by an ENTER in the text field.

The value may then be used anywhere in the JS, at least if the VAR is declared outside the event handler.
