The Osirion, ca 1300 BC
The Osirion is a large, underground Egyptian temple,
thought to be the cenotaph (empty tomb)
or Seti I, who ruled 1312-1298 BC.
The analysis by Lucy Lamy is presented in
Robert Lawlor, Sacred Geometry, pp. 60-62.
This drawing shows the plan of the Osirion, with
two pentagons overlain to reveal its geometrical
model, and its PHI proportions.
