this was a repeat of HW-03, and graded so that 
	scores for both add up to a nominal max of 5

ranged from 1 to 6, number received = 26 (compare 23 for hw #03)
HW-#03 + HW-#04 --- MAX = 5, AVG = 4.3
TOTAL HW --- MAX = 15, AVG = 9.7
