Deadline for this assignment is 8 am on Tuesday morning, 3/01/16.

These patterns have been created with the revised NetLogo models.
Line 01
Line 02
Line 03
Line 07
Line 10
Line 11
  • Step 1. Download the revised NetLogo model from the menu below.
Choose the same line asigned to you in HW 07.
  • Step 2. Search for interesting bifurcations.
Use the same parameter (the slider lambda, alpha, beta, or gamma) you have been assigned in HW 07.
  • Step 3. Report any interesting bifurcations you find via email to me.
Try at least 10 positions of the slider spanning its entire range.
Report the slider value and your finding (D = default pattern, N = new pattern, or P = periodic attractor)
If the pattern is not periodic, make a copy of the Graphics Window using the command:
"export-view "slider-value.png" typed into the command line, plus , where "slider-value" is the reading of your slider.
  • Step 4. Download the NetLogo model IE-input.nlogo from the link below.
If the pattern is not periodic, measure its image-entropy using this NetLogo model.
Report this value along with each image.
  • These are the revised NetLogo models (an error in the beta equation has been fixed.) Here is the image-entropy tool.
