		consult the wikipedia for a list of albedos
		of common surfaces, estimate the effective
		albedo of the ocean from the average cloud cover

yi ying	REF find percent of county each land use
		estimate albedo of each sector

jasper	DW1, google "daisyworld" and summarize your findings

tom	CF, estimate carbon footprint each sector by land use

true	SUNK, measure areas of elevation >= x (0, 10, 20, feet ...)
		eg, cut with exacto knife, weigh on digital scale
