This chrono is the product of three sources--which agreed with each other for the most part. Sometimes they did not, hence the 'possibly s' and 'may haves' which riddle this chrono; unfortunately, the more recent publication, "Duns Scotus", by Richard Cross, had no discourse with "Duns Scotus; the basic principles of his philosophy" by Effram Bettonie, trans. ed. Bernardine Bonansea--if it had I would have defaulted to the Cross's more recent text. The Catholic Encyclopedia did not clarify these discrepancies.
