Kepler's Cosmology

• Sun (God) at the center
• Cosmos (the Holy Ghost) contains:
  • planetary spheres (orbs) are fluid (in Holy Ghost)
  • spaced by platonic solids
  • thickness to contain elliptical orbits
• Celestial sphere (the Son) bounds all
• Rotation of the sun moves planets by soul
• inertia replaces spirit/intellegences/angels
• soul = force (re elliptical paths)
